The Russ Building is located in the heart of the San Francisco Financial District convenient to all modes of transportation, retail, and dining. Constructed in 1927, the terra cotta tile and brick building is a National Historic Landmark.  Its neo-Gothic architecture juxtaposed with the neighboring contemporary structures, gives it a majestic look. The interior is exquisitely detailed with the finest materials and finishes featuring granite floors and marble wainscoting, elevator lobbies with ornate area rugs, and pendant light fixtures. We have carefully maintained and periodically refurbished the building over our long-term ownership so that it continues to offer a modern office environment within a classic and meticulously preserved structure.

The Russ Building has an 800-square foot conference room that can accommodate up to 30 people. 

The center is equipped with a kitchen, video conferencing with a 95" TV screen, conference telephone, and furniture to configure the room as boardroom (10 people); theatre (30 people); and classroom (20 people).

The conference room is available to tenants only. Please call the building office to ask about rates and to book your next meeting.

The Russ Building has a 350-car garage that can be entered from Pine and Bush Streets.  Monthly and guest valet parking is available from 5am-8pm, M-F.  Please call for information about rates, monthly parking, and guest validations.

Bicycle parking for tenants is located in the Bike Room on the mezzanine level and accessed by key card. 
 

Additional bicycle parking is available in the Russ Building Garage. All bicycles parked in the designated areas must be locked.
